The Luxburg Carolath Charity Foundation is a non-profit organization registered under RIF J407785095. It is dedicated to creating and supporting initiatives for the preservation of humanitarian, social, economic, artistic and environmental interests.

Since it was established in 1940 with an initial capital of 20 million US dollars, the Luxburg Carolath Charity Foundation & Company has served as a safety net for the disadvantaged with the aim of positively influencing social and economic development.

We use our knowledge and our commercial network to benefit social development on local and national platforms, as well as on an international scale.

The Luxburg Carolath Charity Foundation acts as a bridge between companies, authorities and individual initiatives with a commitment to social and environmental responsibility.

Our initiatives aim to develop joint, multidisciplinary and multicultural programs and services that generate greater social solidarity, tolerance, equality between genders and social groups, together with a better environment.

The object of the foundation is based on the 1940 statute on the original company “GRAEFLICH VON LUXBURG'SCHE FUERSTLICH ZU CAROLATH-BEUTHEN'SCHE UND PRINZLICH VON SCHOENAICH-CAROLATH'SCHE DYNASTIE VON 1869” founded on June 14, 1940 in front of the first commercial Registry of the State of Zulia by Dr. Karl Ludwig Count of Luxburg Prince of Carolath-Beuthen and Prince of Schoenaich-Carolath, advisor to the Minister of War and Navy of the United States of Venezuela, Isaías Medina Angarita.
